1. Terms and Conditions of Sale (Gift Vouchers)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of Pesto Kitchen Gift Vouchers via gift.pestokitchen.ie. By purchasing a voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Gift Voucher Terms

  • Redemption: Vouchers are valid for the purchase of food and beverages at Pesto Kitchen and Yellow Bear locations. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Expiry: In accordance with Irish law, all gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

  • Balance: If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future use (within the expiry period).

  • Lost/Stolen Vouchers: Simo’s Hospitality is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please treat your voucher (digital or physical) like cash.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Delivery of Vouchers: Digital vouchers (e-vouchers) are sent via email immediately upon successful payment. Physical vouchers (if selected) will be dispatched via An Post within 2–3 business days.

  • Pricing: All vouchers are sold at face value in Euro (€).

  • Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards via our secure online processor.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cooling-off Period: For gift vouchers purchased online, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed. To cancel, please email manager@pestokitchen.ie.

  • Non-Refundable: Once a voucher has been partially or fully redeemed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Purchaser Data: Name, email address, and billing address.

  • Recipient Data: If you choose to send a digital voucher directly to someone else, we collect their name and email address for delivery purposes only.

  • Transaction Data: Details of the payment (processed securely; we do not store full card numbers).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Contract Fulfillment: To issue the digital or physical voucher to you or your recipient.

  • Communication: To send order confirmations and delivery updates.

  • Security: To prevent fraudulent transactions.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We only share data with essential service providers:

  • Payment Processors: (e.g., Stripe/Revolut) to handle secure payments.

  • Email Services: To deliver digital vouchers.

  • Postal Services: To deliver physical vouchers (if applicable).
